Since we knew what Lab Quest goals were, we started digging deeper to find out what they need to get there. We performed our discovery process to learn more about the medical laboratory space and their key competitors in the area. We looked up Google Adwords campaigns, Social Media pages, landing pages, marketing messages and the ads that were being used by other companies to see where company could gain a competitive advantage.
